Went to an awesome show at the 9:30 Club this week, but it would have been awesome-er if the team there has a union!
People in the suburbs really don't walk ANYWHERE. My coffee shops of choice are a little less than a mile from my house. Easy walk on a nice day, maybe 15-20 min each way if you're not hustling and enjoying the scenery. A neighbor was just like WOW you walked that WHOLE WAY?

I miss the era of regularly scheduled nerd house parties where the entire friend community got together to just hang out with a thin veneer of theme and maybe there is music and dancing and maybe you played a board game in the kitchen while people got cold pizza around you.
