I don’t want to hate, because I do enjoy this thing to an extent, but I think the fact that “yeah dude you should watch the dub of Kaguya-sama first” is a somewhat popular opinion despite it having lines like “she is best girl” and “oh you tsundere you” proves the internet is still very corny

Unless they hard-commit to and are given the green light for a specific length, you can never really expect manga or TV shows to conclude with the level of intentionality that novels or films can. The reason is pretty obvious I think: if you have a hit, the higher-ups want to drag it out.

I looked at the manga and uh. why did he make the uniforms like that
(I mean we can all infer why lol, but it is not to my taste. I definitely prefer the anime version's character designs).

I mean from a marketing perspective of course. there have been third-party apps to transfer your playlists for a really long time. but when convincing people to switch you gotta make it seem way easier than "well I've gotta search for an app to transfer my stuff"

I just don't think "flawed" says anything significant at all, at least not significant enough to use space on if you're trying to write a concise summary of your thoughts on a work.

why do anilist users put the word "flawed" in the summaries of the reviews they write so often? it just seems like kind of a nothing descriptor to me. I feel like I saw it in video game reviews first, but at least with those, game design invites a more technical sort of analysis
