Thinking out loud (kind of, since it’s through typing):
How long should a VN demo be? I think we were shooting for ~45 mins but it ended up being a little more like 90. Maybe a bit less than that but over an hour. It may be wise to do some post-final draft edits 😭

Someone played the demo tonight before we start playtesting it and said, “I am not the target demographic. And I got concerned at the start because it seemed like a lot to get through. But now I’m invested.”
