Democrats in the Senate should push for a rule change that prohibits any Recission proposed by any administration require 60 votes to pass. Stop giving up the rights of Congress to handle the purse strings

Any Tech Giant who are building AI Server farms should be responsible for creating their own power sources instead of raising prices for the citizens of each state. The option would be for states to charge these companies a consumption tax that would be directly refunded to its citizens.

The Republicans in the Senate can prove their trustworthy in current budget negotiations would be for them to change the rules of the Senate to ban any administration from recission cuts to budget unless they can reach the filibuster threshold of 60 votes. Dems should hold out for that change.
