I’m a PT. The DOE just deemed my profession as non-professional, along with OT, SLP, NP, and PAs, all of which require post-graduate degrees and passing board exams. What a slap in the face to public servants. This will devastate our healthcare system.

Found out that our insurance premiums (employee sponsored) will go up to $2700/month before adding dental and vision. This is with a $12,500 deductible before anything is covered. This is ridiculous!

I dreamt last night that I had a 20 month old daughter. She turned to me with a mischievous grin and said, “RETRIBUTION.” And I was so proud. IRL, I have two grown daughters who are equally fierce in their own ways.

I made a split pea hummus inspired by a meal I tried on Saturday! It’s so good! I’ll post a recipe when I perfect it.
