One of my favorite Hollywood stories is Pigeon: Impossible's weird path from indie short to major Disney release.

A Fox producer was trying to make his mark and find IP to adapt. He saw a fun short about a bird trying to steal a bagel and getting stuck in the nuclear football. He had to have it.

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL LESBIAN DAY!!! From these two baby gays! (And from me 🌈👋🏻)

The Incorruptibles is a middle grade book (ages 10–14), so the romance is very sweet and wholesome and kid friendly. 🥰 Hope you give it a chance if you’re looking for inclusive fantasy boarding school books!

This is a FANTASTIC series!
Continuing sharing a whole month of great Black authored kids books. Today is Onyeka and the Academy of the Sun - one of the first books that really got me into reading middle grade. I mean it’s Balck girl scifi and her Afro hair is her superpower. I could not love this series more.
