As someone who lives in Washington state I made my objection known.
Hey remember how all of Mississippi was blocked on BlueSky due to an age verification law?! They're going to try to do that in Washington State! COMMENT and CALL on this one!

1. They know they stepped in it.
2. They already "determine" our age with the data they already have on us (uh...).
3. This doesn't stop them from being hacked, risking those they do get IDs of.

Significant legal victory today. Federal judge threw out two private lawsuits made possible by the Kansas age-verification law. Mom said her teen son accessed porn sites, wanted millions in damages.
Judge said an out-of-state company can't be sued just because it's accessible in Kansas.

Oh yeah, PSA for those playing the PC version of Romeo Is A Dead Man and wondering why it's a system hog.
The Graphics Quality option in the menu is actually Render Scale, and I think High is 100%. Ultra is 200%, so if you're running at higher resolutions to begin with, it'll hammer your GPU HARD.
