I'm a long time fan of Freya Sampson's gentle British novels. Looking forward to THE BUSYBODY BOOKCLUB, publishing May 27. Sounds like a British version of a cozy mystery, but more realistic. #ewgc

Adding my thumbs up to all the praise for THE NAMES by Florence Knapp. Read it now so you can recommend it to your patrons. How a baby's name can result in wildly different outcomes. The structure is unique and serves the story extremely well. Book group manna. #ewgc

I'm Enjoying the debut novel THE ART OF VANISHING by Morgan Pager, aka Instagram's NYCBookGirl . If you've ever spent time wondering about the people depicted in museum paintings you'll enjoy this magical love story where a museum employee is able to enter a painting #ewgc publishing 7/1

The Trump–Musk economy is here!

American voters decided they had things too easy and wanted to pay more for shelter, food, and gas, plus mortgages, car loans, and credit cards. Trump–Musk are delivering. 🥳

Raskin: "Yesterday, Donald Trump banned the Associated Press, a 179-year-old newspaper organization, from the White House because it declines to call the Gulf of Mexico the "Gulf of America." This is straight up press censorship based on retaliatory viewpoint discrimination."

Elon Musk is systematically seizing control over our nation’s communications, financial systems and data and military infrastructures.

Musk isn’t a fourth branch of government, just another Silicon Valley who wants to be dictator of the world.

I love everything Annabel Monaghan writes, so it's no surprise that I loved IT'S A LOVE STORY . Now I'm sorry I read it so far ahead of the release date of 5/27. Will be the book I'm hand selling this summer #EWGC

The experts, lawyers, and scholars who I’ve been speaking with since last night agree with me that it’s a coup and that this a 5-alarm fire.
This language describes a coup. You have to be a government employee, subject to the rules & procedures that bind gov employees, to do this kind of work. This is a blatant abuse of the public trust by the Trump administration, a true 5-alarm fire. www.wired.com/story/elon-m...

Very excited for UNLOVED by Peyton Corinne. A fresh addition to the “New Adult” genre which needs some new titles if it’s going to stay a genre. #ewgc
