@slotkin.senate.gov @peters.senate.gov You have the power to ensure the Republicans don’t hurt millions of Americans by taking away their healthcare. Don’t cave. Don’t give away the only power you have right now when the Republicans have time and again proven they negotiate in bad faith.
Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.
