Characters making choices you don't agree with isn't a plot hole.

If characters only behaved in perfectly logical ways not only would the story be really boring but it would be super unrealistic cause people are chaotic messes of emotions, conflicting incentives and impulsivity.

Mainstream Democrats need to stop trying so hard to pick winning issues they want to debate and start trying to win issues that matter.

I love that there are animals we can be friends with.

I would be more receptive to the idea that the Wicked movie looks bad/is poorly color corrected if every single attempt people made to “fix it” didn’t look like an ugly oversaturated instagram filter.

“Don’t feed the trolls” also extends to bad opinion pieces in papers of record.

They run them bc people react to them the most.

If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.

I think there may be some real drawbacks turning “the media” into “whoever among you can get the most attention at any given moment.”
