Spent my morning drinking coffee, reading the @andrewporter01.bsky.social story in this year's BASS, and writing the intro for then publishing this @livesinpages.bsky.social story.

Pretty great start to the day! (Now I gotta spend the rest of it prepping for tomorrow's first day of the semester...)
It was a 2025 goal of mine to send new work to @aaronburch.bsky.social for Short Story, Long and I'm so happy he liked "Home is a Relative Term" enough to give it a, well, home!

It's a story of suburban existentialism, queer panic, and a desire for connection.
