Every so often – it is rare though, thank goodness! – a commercial entity will try to get professional keynote speakers and moderators to work for free. Yesterday, a new low: they actually wrote "speaking at our conference is free of charge".

I disagree with the Swedish current government on many crucial policy issues, but I am happy to see the ongoing strong support for Ukraine, and if anything, I wish we would give even more, in every way we can. (My family have paused all other charities but environmental efforts to focus on Ukraine)
