Dexmedetomidine versus Midazolam for End-of-Life Sedation: The DREAMS Non-Blinded Randomized Clinical Trial
End-of-life distress and delirium are common in palliative care inpatients, often
requiring sedatives that diminish interaction. Current practices rely on clinical
experience rather than evidence.

This paper re palliation in advanced heart failure caught my eye. In particular, table 6 summarises the potential symptom benefits both of continuing and of stopping (4th column) each class of heart failure medicine
