Nothing about 🇺🇦 without Ukraine.

Neither 🇺🇦Ukraine nor Europe need any frail peace deal that only whitewashes russia’s land grabs and war crimes, and incentivizes further aggression.

Peace must be just and durable.
⚡️ Zelensky says key issues, especially territory, remain unresolved in peace talks.

"'We stand where we stand' — this is, in our view, the fairest and most reliable model for a ceasefire at this stage," Zelensky said.
Zelensky warns of 'risk' US, Russia could strike bilateral deals on Ukraine without Kyiv
"We clearly state that Ukraine will not support even potential agreements about us without us," President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

Pertinent analysis indeed. More pressure is needed, way to go! Norway is aligned with all EU sanction packages 🇪🇺🇳🇴
Russia will only come to the table with genuine intent if it is pressured to do so.

So we are tabling our 20th package of sanctions against Russia covering energy, financial services and trade ↓

Moldova’s President Maia Sandu demonstrates not only leadership, but also what today appears to be a scarce commodity: decency
⚡️ Moldovan president rejects Nobel Peace Prize nomination, says Ukrainian POWs deserve it instead.

"Today, I was watching Ukrainian (prisoners of war) who returned home from Russia, and these are the people who deserve the Peace Prize," Moldovan President Maia Sandu said.

Russia continues to answer diplomacy with missiles.
We are determined to make that choice painfully expensive.

Today, we present our 20th sanctions package.

Sanctions severely hurt Russia’s economy.
And every sanction chips away at its capacity for war. (1/9)

Unsurprisingly, Europeans seem to prefer more unity, not less.

As usual, it’s better to hang together than all hang separately.

The EU and Norway are strong partners.
And in this geopolitical environment, we really need to stick together.

From our shared security and economic resilience to our support for Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East, this matters more than ever.

Auschwitz was at the end of a process. We must remember that it did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred gradually developed: from ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.

Resuming purchase of russian gas would feed putin’s war machine, compromise Ukraine and undermine European security, including energy security.

Only putin and a few greedy snollygosters would benefit.
⚡️ Former German chancellor Gerhard Schröder urges Europe to stop “demonizing” Russia and resume buying its energy.

“Russia is not a country of barbarians, but a country with great culture and deep historical ties to Germany,” Schröder wrote.

Meanwhile, on the eve of talks in Abu Dhabi, russia repeats its obnoxious territorial claims.

One can only imagine how this year’s unacceptable claims on #Greenland have deteriorated trust further, after the 2025 poll below👇

Threats don’t go unnoticed. And threats have absolutely no place among allies.
🇺🇸🇪🇺 Is Donald Trump a Friend or Enemy of Europe?

A 2025 poll finds just 9% of Europeans see Donald Trump as a friend of Europe, while 51% view him as an enemy, a steep –42% net result. 📊
Another 38% say neither, and 2% are unsure.

What do you think, friend or enemy? 👇
