So random question of the baby variety, but y'know how they say no stuffed animals or anything in the bed till after 1 year?
Is that a size thing baby wise or brain development thing? My son is bigger than a 1 year old and sick and I want to give him his crinkle giraffe for comfort...

So, my son normally goes to bed and sleeps the night, no issue, very little fuss. Well, he was fast asleep and I smelled something.
Little dude was fast asleep but clearly pooped. His diaper was full. So I turn on the light and let me tell you, little dude was PISSED
So much so he did piss.

Gave my son a bath tonight, he gave me some grumpy looks, but no crying or whining anymore, just calm curiosity.
I think he even likes being clean. Very proud of how far he's come.

Y'all! Someone sold me an almost new 4 in one convertible crib super cheap! My son has a bed that converts all the way through his childhood 🥹

It's still early in his life but there is so much baby does that make me so happy to be his dad and just proud of him. I can't wait till he can talk and tell me what he's thinking, but his smile is precious and I love him so much

So at work the other day, I was rushing and looking at what is essentially my to do list, which was nearly complete (finish to do list, go home) and I full on headbutt a piece of equipment so hard it scratches up a side of my face.

So I think the plan for Saturday is Garlic rosemary rack of lamb with a mushroom risotto, creamed spinach, and roasted Brussel sprouts
Something spouse and I can enjoy and baby can nibble here and there 😊

Baby boy got 2 more shots today, and he did so good, only cried while the shots were happening and almost immediately was smiling and happy again as soon as I held him.

The main problem is my end time is not guaranteed. I was told typically I will be back by 5:30. We finished at 5:48, and I was relieved, but trainer, even knowing my predicament-
