Spent yesterday’s afternoon showing some beautiful mss in #Brasenosecollege collection to our students. This is a detail from the “Founder’s Bible”, a 13th-c. Paris Bible that belonged to William Smyth, bishop of Lincoln and one of the founders of @brasenoseoxford.bsky.social
