They don’t get 7 months severance. They have a week to tell him if they will resign in September. They still have to work until their resignation date - they just get to work remotely until that time, if they wish.

They don’t get 7 months severance. They have a week to tell him if they will resign in September. They still have to work until their resignation date - they just get to work remotely until that time, if they wish.
