Since FEMA denied assistance for the natural disaster in NEA, what is SHS doing to assist? The damage and expenses are adding up quickly! I’ve not seen an update or message to Arkansans.

I don’t have access to the mayor because he’s an arrogant a-hole to me bc my Cousin was the previous Mayor for 12 years. The good news, we did get volunteers in today to provide water and a warm meal.

I’m in Eastern Craighead County where the F3 tornado hit 2 nights ago. Lake City, Monette, and Caraway have all been impacted. Lake City has resources on the ground. It’s not enough though. The weather is a concerning for this evening. Large debris and vehicles are still in fields.
