A federal appeals court on Thursday said that it would not block the Justice Department from releasing a report by the special counsel Jack Smith about the two now-closed investigations he conducted into President-elect Donald Trump.

Yep. And if Mitch had allowed an immediate trial, Trump would have been convicted. Letting the matter sit until Trump was out of town was the critical error.
