I just realized I've never made a post about Angeline Era here after beating it. It's a REALLY good one. Exploration and discovery in this game is delightful, bump combat is always fun (although this feels less like being a bulldozer and more like bumper cars) and the music is 👨🍳👌❤️

I have not much else to say about Ikki, I'm really stoked I managed to find the carts for this game, Spelunker, and Atlantis no Nazo. The moniker "kusoge" should not deter you from playing these, they have charm to spare.

This weekend I got around playing a couple of Famicom games, here's my tots:
Daiku No Gen-San: really fun! The second loop improves over the first one a lot, but after learning how to properly do the overhead hammer smash, the later bosses were way too easy.

I mean, I am not a believer or anything, I will only think it's real when it finally comes out (which actually might never happen), but there's a lot of Hopium for HL3. And if it truly comes out, I want everyone to know that it is all thanks to me, as I've finally beaten ep2 last week.
