Stede raised an eyebrow as he took a drag of his cigarette, unable to miss the grin in Ed's voice. "Oh? That could mean virtually anything, knowing you," he joked. "What is it?" "It's a surprise," Ed answered, and Stede knew he'd be getting no more out of him about it. "You'll like it— I hope." "God help me," he joked with a sigh. "I'm sure I will; you very rarely misjudge my taste." "Don't get me thinking about your taste, baby; I'm not alone right now," he teased, and Stede couldn't help but laugh and roll his eyes. "Good lord, send my apologies to your friends," he joked, wishing desperately that he could be there with him to make things even worse. "What are you doing for the rest of the night?"

Because it got me back into drawing again and kept me active these last 2 years and I probably wouldn't have been able to whip out this sketch in 5 minutes at figure drawing last night if I hadn't spent the whole day prior making Ed and Stede sloppy kiss. So.

There was a new Orville Peck song out last week, so we got celebratory new art! A digital drawing of western AU Stede Bonnet and Edward Teach from Our Flag Means Death. They’re sitting in the back of a rusty. Old green pickup truck. Ed’s back is leaning against the cab. He has on knee pulled up towards his torso and the other extended.
