3 Black teens under questioning in L’Enfant Plaza Metro for the last 20 mins at least. One handcuffed. Counted 6 cops circling and at least 5-6 more standing around. Mostly MPD & FBI. Their stuff has already been searched. Seems it is *maybe* a small robbery if even that. This is messed up. #freedc
