Every person will spend, on average, 9 years of their life being distracted. That is way too long. Most productivity apps and software do not work at all.
The problem? They temporarily treat symptoms of distraction, but they're nowhere near a cure.

it is so frustrating how bad email search still is in 2024
counting birthdays is a classic fence post problem. I turned 25 this year, I've been alive for 25 years. Technically, this is my 26th birthday if we count the day I was born as my 1st birthday.
