With over 5000 testimonies from nursing staff, the report reveals how widespread this crisis has become, and how it's putting lives at risk.

Our new report includes thousands of devastating accounts of corridor care. Patients deserve more and nurses shouldn’t dread their shifts and have nightmares about how lives are being put at risk. The causes are multifaceted but investment is desperately needed to put a stop to this.
Nobody wants to see care delivered in corridors, not least nurses who do their utmost every day to deliver safe, high quality care. Patients deserve better. Understanding the scale of the problem is fundamental to ending this. That’s why we, with partners, are calling for mandatory reporting.
