Apparently this also affects SFW artists if anything like "furry" or "commission" or anything is written that could remotely be used to even possibly indicate anything related to (what they consider to be) nsfw can get the artist banned.

Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

Best is to report those.
