Thought no. 2, a legal defense to this domestic charge is that Donald Trump pardoned over 1500 domestic terror thugs. So Trump rewrote the law that applies to anyone being a domestic terror. Laws in America apply to all.

My thoughts in perhaps 3 posts. First, if J7-26 impeding a federal officer is a Domestic Terror Act as stated by the Prez., then by his words, J6-21 impeding a constitutional act engaging in breaking and entering, assault on an officer still is domestic terrorism. Both acts the same. Illegal

What if the Trump Administration finally convinced the Venezuelan Military to stand down as the U.S. captured Maduro, in return the U.S. would allow the Venezuelan Defense to remain in control. The only casualties would be Maduro’s Personal guard force, the Cubans.
