This morning I made a spinach and tomato scramble, paired with turkey bacon and a glass of ice-cold milk. Teaching myself to cook has been such a fun journey. I think I’m going to make a big breakfast a regular part of my weekend routine.

Had to take a short video of the cicadas this evening, they were so loud! I really can’t fathom how anyone could find this annoying - I find it pretty magical. I always think of @nnedi.bsky.social when the cicadas sing. You inspire me to stop and appreciate nature’s magical moments!
