Music and singing is one of my greatest joys in life I just saw OK Go’s newest video and I felt it held so much meaning for everything we experience today. It feels like a really special way to unite feelings and express shared emotion. youtu.be/MOEULOSVNK4?...

I tend to be a deep thinker, so I’m curious if any of deep thoughts may connect with any others as I ramble instead of just bouncing back and forth keeping me up all night.

I’ve been thinking a lot this evening about how one’s life experience and willingness to accept alternate perspectives can

Something I want to get deeper into is Unreal Shader development and deeper integration with internal systems so things don’t have to feel as hacky sometimes. Like not needing to use custom nodes for custom code all the time. Is this common practice to create custom material nodes? Or is it more

Has anyone created a UEFN/Fortnite UI and have some examples they can share? I’d love to see what they have put together!

Greetings Earthlings! Finally got to add some vegetation and have been working on a few more environment textures too. This video also shows how I use vertex colors to hight-blend my ground textures, so they mix nicely together and gives a lot of variety. #gamedev #indiegame #indiedev #gaming

I really like this resource compiled by @simonschreibt.bsky.social about multilayered rounded UV’s and their multiple use cases. I see a lot of use cases in addition to UI, like buttons or decals or bottle interiors. I love reworking ideas.

That is actually a really good frame of reference. It doesn’t understand formats. The studio I work at has 25 or so employees ranging from animators, modelers, concept artists, story artists, and so on. I lead the team of modelers/texture artists and also do the tech art. But recently I have

This is an interesting breakdown of cities in game design. I personally always love exploring cities. I liked how they felt in Horizon: Forbidden West (they follow the similar Witcher 3 vibe)

Yes, in art there is room for everything and it doesn't understand formats, that's the cool thing 😊

Thank you so much, I'm glad you like it.
