Hi all, currently transitioning over in between work shifts. Will probably be reposting a few of my old tweets to pad out my profile and show I’m not a bot to folks. Just a heads up. :)

Hope to find people again soon!

Oh hey! The first volume of Assassin's Creed Forgotten Temple came out. This is a scrolling webtoon localized from the original Korean and adapted for print. A huge step for me personally, as it's the first time I lettered a full color comic.

This is one of those very rare cases where I couldn't give even an hour of early time to the backers, because it was on such a tight timeline. Basically, we needed to go today, so I edited it immediately after I finished work.
Hi everyone, we have a new interview for you. 🥰

Seth Burn had a chance to talk with the translator Yuki Tejima about their work as a translator for Totto-chan, the Little Girl at the Window: The Sequel, traveling around the world, and much more. It's a great read and we hope you enjoy it.

That's how all his GOP friends land on bestseller lists, with "this is a suspicious entry reliant on bulk order sales" daggers next to the titles. (†)

To note, folks: This was an accurate and correct use of the term "lost media."

Home video recording tech did not exist until 1976. Broadcast masters were thought to be destroyed. No recording would have existed, period. *THAT* is lost media.
The "Golgo 13" anime (from 1971) will be released on Blu-ray in Japan.
This series was considered lost until the masters were found two years ago.

This, this, this. The tech bros don't get that every time they say "it's inevitable," a lot of us will just dig in further and keep on fighting even more angrily, because it's at a point where we've seen this before and we've repeatedly said "no."

So that "no" is morphing into "go fuck yourselves."
But here's the thing, every attempt to wear down my resolve on this is only strengthening it, and I am sick of it. I don't think I can overstate just how sick of it I am, because you don't know the amount of AI generated shovelware that's been flooring my inboxes, but every day there's more of it.

There's a controversy going on with WSS editorial and Shite no Hana's TOC placement. In short, its placement is not a result of its popularity (or lack thereof), rather it's due to WSS's editorial mishandling of the manuscripts (specifically delay in submitting them for publication).
