My 10 year old just landed their first craft on Duna and I couldn't be more proud
The lander had a rocket descent system inspired by Curiosity
They didn't even use a transfer window calculator, they did it by eye based on looking at diagrams. That's more hardcore than I ever did it

Back in 2002 I implemented an A* pathfinding algorithm in a custom Neverwinter Nights map to allow NPCs to walk between their homes and shops and anything else, along the roads. I was recreating the town of Hommlet from Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil

The latest @home-assistant.io update brought an amazing improvement to automation editing. By putting the node config in a separate frame, it's so much easier to edit parameters while still keeping view of the overall automation flow. Such a seemingly small change with massive usability impact!
