Have added tinnitus to my list of Parkinson’s symptoms which sounds like a baby goat screaming inside my ears - especially at night. Slightly less than enjoyable, though not as bad as a screeching monkey would be, I think. Hard to say really.

We are already at ~12 million cases worldwide w/ Parkinson's which is approaching where we thought we would be in 2040. Can we double down and spend some money and time on preventing cases and lifting the living? Only a few pennies on the dollar go to prevention research.

Just passed by the cemetery where one of my besties is buried. She was 38 and didn’t beat breast cancer. When people ask me why I have a good outlook despite having Parkinson’s, I always think of her and how’d she’d literally give anything to still be here with her girls. I appreciate every damn day
