Azathioprine and early Parkinson’s: new randomized study tests the immune hypothesis. Greenland and colleagues describe a new paper in The Lancet Neurology as to whether azathioprine, an immune suppressing medication, could slow progression in early Parkinson’s disease. Looks like a NO.
