I measure my mental health by what I call The Burnham Scale, aka how often I catch myself humming or singing “That Funny Feeling” to myself in a day. Ideally it’s at 0-1 and I’m clocking a 4-5 right now so I am not doing great!

I feel strongly that the universe pushes us toward what we are meant to do, and gives us the tools and opportunities we need when we make moves toward what we’re supposed to be doing. The painful part is when you fight to stay where you’re comfortable and not letting go and letting change happen.

I think we gotta start valuing (and paying for) curation by humans again. We want less, put together thoughtfully.
