Excited to report I was able to get most of these to ripen in a paper bag and finally accomplish my goal of making tomato soup from scratch with tomatoes I grew myself!! I will be riding this high for weeks

I held out on harvesting all this until today hoping they would maaaaybe at least START to ripen but no such luck 🥲 Lotta fried green tomatoes and chow chow in my future
