Watching a BBC4 recording of Jeff Buckley in Chicago. Such a beautiful talent. I remember a driving holiday in Scotland when we played Grace on a loop. It was ace. Gone far too soon, just like his dad.

Family funeral today (ex father in law, a long and colourful life well lived). The usual mixture of really sad but reuniting with people I’ve not seen in years. Excellent send off. Go well Tony x

J is at the pub with his mates (also all home from uni) so I’m watching Christmas ghost stories and drinking excellent wine. I do miss those early Christmases when he was little, but the world keeps turning. Cheers everyone 🍷
