So I wish I would have done a better job of keeping track when I started doing home brew hrt. I'm not even really sure the effectiveness because who knows what I was actually taking but I do know that I'm coming up on 3 years for the injections.

So I have a separate phone or it's another phone that I gave to some of the people I do photography with because it's quicker and easier to communicate with me via this phone. What I forgot is my contact out on that phone has this profile picture not my boy profile picture that they're used to.

Everyone I hope you're having a good day I had an all day photography gig yesterday where I was shooting cross country from 8:30 in the morning and I finished my work well I'm going to finish some today but I left last night in about 12:30.

Not much is scarier for a #GreatLakes fish than the invasive sea lamprey, sometimes called vampire fish 🧛
But while they're more trick than treat in their introduced range, they're actually threatened in parts of their native range of the Atlantic coasts of Europe + North America - that's scary!
