Today, justice was served. Bryan Kohberger has officially been sent to prison for life for the murders of 4 students in Idaho. However, because he plead guilty, questions remain; What was the motive? Why not kill all the roommates? Why just the one girl? www.nytimes.com/live/2025/07...

Today, I decided that I am going to start the 75 hard challenge. According to Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials, the rules entail: Follow a nutrition plan of your choice — no alcohol or cheat meals, two 45-minute workouts, drink 1 gallon of water, and to read 10 pages. Excited to work!

The last two years have been an absolute catastrophe regarding aircraft, in both private and public industries. This article from NPR highlights a crash in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Its so frustrating watching innocent lives be lost due to mismanagement and miscalculations. www.npr.org/2025/07/21/n...

Why can't all coffee be $3? Why am I spending $8 at 7 am for almond milk and an espresso shot? THEN the barista just kicks me when I'm down and turns the screen around asking for a tip. If I were able to run for president I'd make this one of the first official executive orders.

www.npr.org/2025/07/16/n... This NPR article was truly eye-opening. Apparently, the UK government was secretly flying thousands of Afghans to Britain for two years. They were all refugees whose life was at risk by the Taliban.

Today, a peer of mine introduced me to HypeAuditor, an analytics platform focused on influencer marketing that is AI-powered. It can help brands and agencies discover and manage influencer relationships. This is super helpful for my internship as I just got assigned to manage a new campaign.

www.bbc.com/news/article... This is a great article from the BBC that discusses the recent news of MAGA supporters slowly changing their opinions on our president. While I'm happy that (imo) people are coming to their senses, it's sad that it took pedophilia for them to stop supporting Trump.
Patience thins among MAGA loyalists for Trump to release any Epstein files
Trump supporters have a new priority on their minds - the release of the so-called Jeffrey Epstein files.

Every morning, I like to start my day with the free NYT games; The Wordle, NYT Mini Crossword, and Connections. I like to do them because I feel like it gets my brain warmed up for the day. However, I must say, the connections today was (as per usual), unbelievably stupid. Be better connections.

www.npr.org/2025/07/14/n... This article talks about Trump's efforts in forcing Russia to ceasefire. He wants to place even more tariffs on countries that trade with Moscow. Although he's not my favorite and I think he just discovered what tariffs are, I appreciate his drive to end the war.

Today, I had the unfortunate realization that I need to buy a can opener. I was attempting to make myself a tuna sandwich (canned tuna lovers unite), and was met with disappointment. I quickly googled how I could maneuver without, and it told me to try a spoon. Again, I was met with disappointment.

This New York Times article is really fascinating to me. I took a course titled "Politics of China" in my last semester of college and LOVED it. Although my studies don't discuss international affairs anymore, I still enjoy reading about global politics.

This article from The New York Times is alarming and devastating. Russia has officially set the record for the amount of drones and missiles used during the war, but only hours after the President Donald Trump promised to provide more weapons for Ukraine. www.nytimes.com/2025/07/09/w...

My friend Lillian and I are having a discussion about Elon Musk's ideas of creating a new political party here in the United States (i.e. the American Party.) We both agree that although the idea of a new political party seems refreshing, our doubts overweigh the attraction due to its founder.

In the chaos of the digital ecosystem, it is crucial to have a congruent definition of goals and organization. As innovation and tech-tools increase, communicators can feel overwhelmed. Maintain order and productively adopt these devices in order to grow and achieve success. #digitalecosystem #data

My favorite app, Spotify, is an excellent example of how companies or brands can utilize tools such as "trends mining" to categorize massive amounts of data in order to predict future trends. Their campaign, Spotify Wrapped, is often used to predict the future of emerging genres, artists and trends.
