My compromise for skipping the gym in yesterday’s 40 degree heat was to train in my dinky hotel gym after I got in this afternoon. It wasn’t much cooler, if I’m honest. 😅
(I’m still 80% dumpling after visiting Japan, but it was absolutely worth it. 😋)

Heeyyyy...I know that for some of you genAI is a super fun tool that you don't see any harm in.
But as an artist and a creative, I have *very strong* feelings about it. I do not like it. I'm taking as many steps as possible to avoid having my content scraped, uploaded, and used to train AI models.
