It's really easy to get the good stuff when you're working around the rules rather than within the rules. That's always how it works. The ones following rules and norms get screwed up while the idiots going around rules always get the best of the best.

There’s a wisdom tooth that came out like 9 years ago and it more or less stayed there for a bit and only kept pushing up very occasionally. For a long time it’s not done anything but suddenly this past week it decided it was time to be annoying again and now it’s coming out… from the side 🙃

Funny thing is "DOGE" is reporting they actually canceled $420M so, once again, they keep failing on simple accounting by a factor of 10. The US is going down the drain
Using public data, I've found 40 NASA contracts totaling $42M canceled in the past few days, impacting climate science, DEI, education, and administration activities. $25.2M was already paid out, so resulting savings is $17 million. Running list of cancelations here: docs.google.com/spreadsheets...

Rewatching the Crew-9's return, I've got Frank Rubio on my mind. He went up for a routine expedition to the ISS when just a few months in his spacecraft malfunction. The primary plan was to switch him to return on the next Soyuz spacecraft, meaning he would spend a year in space.
