Gov. Pritzker will be in Western Illinois this afternoon to announce a $5 million state grant award to Iowa-based toolmaker Marshalltown Co. The company bought Vaughan & Bushnell's toolmaking facility in Bushnell, which was previously in danger of closing. Sneak peek: pantagraph.com/news/state-r...
