I’ve gamified the gym and it makes everything much easier.
I ask myself how much can I do to failure. Record it and next time I try to beat it. If I can’t I stay where I am for that session and try more the next time.

The amount of surveillance we’re in at all times is jarring
I hate those meta glasses. A store manager wore them last week for her “content”. It took several customers to say they weren’t comfortable before she took them off.
