In February, I attended #ECtHR Grand Chamber hearings in three #EU-Belarus border cases involving alleged “migrant #instrumentalisation”. In my latest piece for @verfassungsblog.de I show why #Latvian, #Lithuanian & #Polish arguments cannot justify any derogations from #asylum seekers' rights.

My take on Poland’s “suspension of the right to asylum” and its impact on the EU’s common #asylum framework is now live in @euobserver.com.

I highlight how the common EU asylum policy is effectively unraveling, with broad political support for its demise.
