A while ago I put together a Google Sheet for helping leaders reflect on their strengths and weaknesses.
It uses heuristics from The Complete Leader, and Google’s Project Oxygen.
Ratings are from 1 (low) to 10 (high) and the result is a nice pair of diagrams to identify things to improve.

It continues to blow my mind in 2025, the amount of websites - that are simple news articles - with a mobile friendly view, that continually crash and reload because they are so heavy with Ads, JavaScript and Images.

After reading this I gave exe.dev a shot and the combination of cheap VMs, the HTTPS proxy with passkey auth and link sharing, and the built-in LLM agent is... incredible.

It seems to only have the Go runtime up to 1.18.10, and that seems to have been deprecated at the start of this month!
