Heavy snow is expected now through Monday morning. Please stay off the roads. Fewer vehicles improve safety for our equipment operators and first responders. A snow emergency and parking ban is currently in effect in the City of Boston.

If the Trump administration allows SNAP benefits to expire, 140,000 Boston residents could lose vital food benefits that contribute $30 million to our small businesses and grocery stores.

The majority of Boston’s SNAP recipients are seniors, people with disabilities, and families with children.
