We must win a total victory.” He demanded&nbsp;that Israel bomb “the food and electricity supplies” in Gaza.</p> <p data-end="912" data-start="647">His comments come as Gaza, home to 2.3 million people, faces what humanitarian agencies describe as an unprecedented crisis.
