You shouldn’t have to take out a loan to see the Blue Jays play in the World Series.

Let's bring back fairness and transparency to ticket sales so that baseball games, FIFA matches, concerts, and other live events are accessible to the people who make them special: the fans.

I checked in with some neighbours who phoned my office because plows still haven’t come.

Even with a big storm, we should be able to count on snow getting cleared—instead, people are doing it themselves.

Good news for arts in Davenport: the City has acquired the 20 affordable homes for artists at 38 Abell St. which were at risk because of the Artscape receivership.

We also announced our investment of $180k to Propeller Gallery, to bring their space into community ownership.

This is the ambition of partnership that Toronto needs from the Ontario government.

We need more funding for the real solution to homelessness: deeply affordable and supportive housing. www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/artic...

I appreciate the care and concern shown by so many Torontonians with requests to review the warming centre opening policy.

I advocated for change to this policy under the last administration, which now has centres opening at -5° instead of -15°.

I ride the TTC every day, so I'm excited to join the Toronto Transit Commission Board as a new Commissioner in 2025.

There is important work ahead of us: improving service and safety, addressing the state-of-good-repair backlog, and putting riders first.

A coffee shop in a residential neighbourhood is TOO WILD for Toronto City Council. Thanks for trying @alejandrabravo.bsky.social.

I'd shake my head but City Council banned that too.

I yearn for the day when disruptive coffee buyers won't destroy neighbourhoods.
Councillor Bravo says she's been working for the last week to try to get her colleagues to a "yes" on corner store zoning, but it just didn't happen. She says unfortunately this means a coffee shop in her ward, The Finch, will be in violation of the existing bylaw effective Jan 1

We've heard from people across Ontario that real solutions to homelessness start with housing.

This announcement from the Province once again fails to meet the depth of need, and shows a lack of understanding of our housing and shelter crisis.
