Hi Angela, Sorry to bother you so randomly. I'm a fan of your YouTube videos; I think they're interesting and that you shouldn't beat yourself up about feeding into right-wing nonsense. I wonder if the best solution is to literally have a disclaimer at the start of each video where you lay out the basic point that physics is cool and that string theory is not dominant in physics and that the media gets physics wrong and that people like Sabine who attack physics are grifters. You could literally just have a disclaimer that would serve to ward off and eliminate all potential confusion about your basic message about physics. The only thing you do on your channel that bothers me is when you refer to Krauss as an "Epstein associate" and when you talk about the allegations against him. I find Krauss kind of cringy and annoying; I don't like Krauss. There's nothing wrong with associating with Epstein unless there's evidence that you knew about the crimes and that you were complicit in those crimes or silent about those crimes when in fact you knew that those crimes were going on. I've never heard of any such evidence regarding Krauss. I know it sounds harsh, but it seems to me like you're engaging in a smear against him. Where is the evidence that he knew about Epstein's crimes or should've known about them? Without that evidence, it really does seem like you're smearing him. I know that that's harsh, but without evidence that's really gross behavior in my opinion. I think Krauss is annoying; I don't even like him, but nobody should be smeared without evidence. As for whether there's actual evidence that he sexually harassed anyone, I have no idea. What is the actual evidence on that? There's a huge difference between (1) established fact and (2) allegations. I myself would feel super uncomfortable about saying anything bad about Krauss (regarding these allegations) unless the evidence was sufficient to warrant me weighing in against Krauss in a negative manner.
