So, interesting theory about the Equal Rights Amendment — basically that Biden can tell the Archivist of the US just to add it to the Constitution. And then if someone sues, it’s amazing fodder for campaigns in 2024, and if SCOTUS says no, even better. 🤷🏻♀️ podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/h...
