Please know that we are NOT going to call you and demand that you pay money to have a warrant quashed for failing to appear for jury service. Even if the phone number "looks" legitimate, it's a scammer. Tell them you'll call back and hang up! Then call us to double check so you can rest easy.

The Juneau and Petersburg Courts will have a delayed opening time of 10 am today, Monday, December 15, 2025.
The Anchorage and Palmer Courts are both open regular hours today.

Marz has been the administrative director since 2019 and previously served as our director of self-help services.

Earlier this month, we hosted Color of Justice for high schoolers at Mount Edgecumbe High School together with the Alaska Native Justice Center, the National Association of Women Judges, Mount Edgecumbe High School, the Sitka Tribe of Alaska, and dozens of volunteers. 🧵

Bethel jury duty will be different than usual for the first half of 2026. Trial jury service is going to increase from a one month term to a two month term. Grand jury service is going to increase from a one month term to a three month term.

On September 22, Anchorage, Sand Point, and St. Paul, will go live for filing Civil and Small Claims cases. The September 22 rollout includes all filing in Civil and Small Claims cases, including Civil Protective Orders.
