140 days since I was laid off. I can’t seem to get hired back into my field (IT - databases) even at levels I last worked at 25 years ago. 15 years as a manager and I can’t get hired into retail because of “lack of retail experience”? I’ve got a business degree. I’m 65. Good-bye confidence.
